The Owner and the GC/CM reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and award the contract in the best interest of the project. Bids shall remain firm for ninety (90) days from the bid due date. Late bids will not be accepted. All bidders must be properly licensed and insured. Conditional bids or bids with unauthorized exceptions may be rejected.
