Buildwise turned around our GMP estimate in five days flat. The takeoff was tight, the assumptions were documented, and we won the bid by a hair. They're our first call now.

We hired Buildwise for one delay analysis and ended up keeping them on retainer. The TIA report held up under scrutiny and saved us a six-figure exposure on a change order claim.

The questions buyers ask before signing.

Estimates ship as PDF, Excel, and your estimating software's native format (Sage, ProEst, Bluebeam Revu). Schedules in Primavera P6, MS Project, or Smartsheet. Source files always travel with the deliverable.
Yes — standard mutual NDA signed within 24 hours of request. We can also work under your firm's NDA if preferred.
Schematic-level estimate: 3–5 business days. DD or GMP estimate: 7–10 business days. CPM baseline schedule: 5–7 business days. Bid leveling on a 4-bidder package: 3 business days from receipt of all bids.
Yes — we issue assumptions and RFIs for missing scope, then deliver a confidence-flagged estimate. Once drawings are complete, we re-baseline at no additional cost if within 30 days of original delivery.
Fixed-fee, scoped up front. Pricing is a function of project size, deliverable type, and turnaround. We send a written proposal within 24 hours of the discovery call — no hourly meters, no scope creep.
Yes. We've delivered estimates and schedules on Davis-Bacon, state-prevailing-wage, and DOT projects across 12 states. Wage decisions and burden rates are baked into the estimate and clearly footnoted.
Revisions are included until sign-off — there is no per-revision charge. A revision is anything within the original scope (e.g. design tweaks, alternate pricing, VE iterations). New scope is repriced as an addendum.
Yes. About a third of our commercial clients are on monthly retainers — typically 40–80 hours/month covering schedule updates, change-order pricing, and rolling estimates across an active pipeline.
